SERVICES POLICY: CANCELLATION, NO SHOW OR LATE
We require at least a 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise--we'll expect you to be here on that date and time.
We will require a credit card to schedule your appointments if you have missed 1 or more, and/or have cancelled 1 or more appointments without a 24 hour notice.
No Show or Late Cancellation appointments will be charged 50% of the total service amount to the card number with which they were held. If it is your first No Show or Late Cancellation, there will be no charge, however, future appointments will require a credit card to reserve the spot.
Late services will be modified to maximize your remaining time. Appointments arriving 5 minutes late or more may have to forfeit their service, and a 50% charge of the service will apply.
We value your time and know that you value ours as well. If we take a guest late, chances are we will be late for the next appointment, and for the one after that, and, well...you get the idea. Additionally, if you choose to skip, cancel late, or show up late to your appointment, let us know why. We’ve got a heart and understand that life happens. It’s just that when it happens often, we have to protect our other clients, the staff, and the business.
